Description

Panadol Extra Tablets contain Paracetamol 500mg combined with Caffeine 65mg. The caffeine augments Paracetamol’s analgesic effect, providing faster and more effective relief from moderate pain compared to Paracetamol alone — particularly for vascular headaches, migraines, and tension headaches where vasoconstriction is beneficial.

Key Uses: Headache and migraine, tension headache, period pain (dysmenorrhoea), dental pain, back pain, muscle aches, cold and flu pain, sore throat pain.

Composition: Paracetamol 500mg + Caffeine 65mg per tablet. Pack of 20 tablets.

Dosage: Adults and children over 12: 2 tablets every 4–6 hours. Maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Note: Contains caffeine — avoid excessive caffeine from other sources (tea, coffee, energy drinks). Not for children under 12. Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products.
