Cosome Cough Syrup is a combination antitussive and expectorant formulation providing multi-action relief from both dry and productive coughs. It suppresses the cough reflex while loosening thick mucus to ease expectoration, providing comprehensive cough relief.

Key Uses: Dry persistent cough, productive cough with thick mucus, cough associated with cold and flu, post-viral cough, allergic cough, cough in bronchitis.

Composition: Antitussive + Expectorant combination. 120ml bottle. Pleasant flavour.

Dosage: As directed on the package or by your pharmacist. Shake well before use. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Note: Consult a doctor if cough persists for more than 7 days, is accompanied by high fever, or produces blood-stained sputum.
