Description

Levoflox Tablets 500mg contain Levofloxacin, a third-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic with potent broad-spectrum activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It is widely prescribed for community-acquired respiratory infections, complicated UTIs, and skin infections when other antibiotics have failed or are contraindicated.

Key Uses: Community-acquired pneumonia, chronic bronchitis exacerbation, complicated UTI and pyelonephritis, skin and soft tissue infections, sinusitis, prostatitis, traveller’s diarrhoea.

Composition: Levofloxacin 500mg per tablet. Pack of 7 tablets.

Dosage: 500mg once daily for 7–14 days depending on indication. Take with plenty of water. Avoid antacids within 2 hours.

⚠️ Prescription Required: Avoid in patients with tendon disorders or QT prolongation. Monitor for tendinitis and CNS effects. Not for children or pregnant women.
